Recently we’ve changed our gateway (Auth.net but two different accounts). We’ve cancelled all previous recurring subscription in previous gateway.

Now we want all users to subscribe in new gateway (recurring subscription).

User once entered their cc info which should have in database (?). Can we capture that card through our new gateway anyhow?

Or which will the best way to migrate in this case?

The card info was captured by your payment gateway, not s2Member. I don’t know a way to migrate the subscription from the previous gateway to the new one, other than having the user manually subscribing again to capture his card once more.
