I need help on HTML5 Video Play on Hover.

Hello. I have tried getting help in other places with little luck.

So since I have gotten the best support here I will see if I can get an answer since this community rocks. :)

I have found this tutorial to get video to play in HTML5 video when a mouse hovers over a link.
I as able to get it to work on stand alone website, but when I tried to get it to work in WordPress I have had no luck.

I would love to get this to work on my site as I have had many customers ask for this feature. I want to avoid Flash and use HTML5 video.
