Hi,

We have a setup with WordPress, s2member and Paypal that have been working fine. But recently no payments falls through. No changes have been made concerning plugins etc.

Someone accidentally changed the primary e-mail address in Paypal admin though, and I don’t know how much that affects the connection to s2member? The Paypal-login-email-address is now different than the primary email used for our website setup – does this affect anything?

We use Paypal API, IPN and PDT and all those is set up accordingly to correct information from Paypal. We also use Paypal pro forms with attribute success=”/xxxreg/356792556482b/”.

A purchase returns to following url (signup form): http://www.shecreatives.com/xxxreg/49138673664b2/?s2member_paypal_xco=s2member_pro_paypal_checkout_return&token=EC-06L229832H7XXXXXX&PayerID=XXXXX2SUWY4XS

Any suggestions what could create this error? (our web hotel is loopia.com) Thank you in advance for any advice.
/Emily

This is now sorted out. If anyone else stumbles on this problem it happened because the primary Paypal e-mail address was changed. The one used with API-settings in s2member.

I don’t know whether the Paypal login e-mail address and the primary Paypal account e-mail address needs to be the same? Does anybody know this?
