We use many S2Member Pro forms on our site and recently we noticed the CSS that had been styling our custom form templates from our WordPress theme is no longer working and that our shortcode attributes for the s2member forms are no longer functioning the way they had been.
The only thing that coincided with this error is a bandwidth shortage of our pre-launch testing site and the errors found on the form pages make us believe there is an error with our s2member-o.php file on our launched site.
Is there possibly a link between our pre-launch test site and our live site that needs to be fixed before this will work completely independent on the live site hosting?

Thanks for your inquiry. ~ We appreciate your patience :-)

Are you working with the current release of s2Member? Have you downloaded the latest release and made sure that you’re working with a complete and non-corrupted set of files?

We are working with Version: 130123.
We know we are a month or so behind in updates, but in the past when we tried to update, our JW Players were not functioning the proper way.
Our concerns with updating S2Member in order to fix this form issue is that perhaps the rest of our site will result in errors.

Our thoughts now are to maybe update S2Member incrementally starting from the version that was released after 130123, testing the site errors the whole way up to possibly the most current version of S2Member.

What are your thoughts?

You could create a test installation of WP with the latest s2Member and try the JW Player code you have in the live site, see if there’s anything that needs to be changed for it to work.
