Thanks Eduan,

I have found a plugin that will do the trick for now but I can’t thank you enough. I am planing to use s2members pro as soon as my site comes out of alpha so this information is extremely useful in helping to convince me that s2members is the right choice.

If my current TOS plugin stops working (Thanks again to s2members) I have a backup plan.
