thank you, thank you!!

One last question, for a payment to fail, what could be the cause?
I thought paypal represented a payment that has sufficient funds with “Suspended” status, not failed. Is it the customers end that would result in a fail or a fail with the system

thank you again

Hi Bruce
thank you so much for looking at this for me.

Can you help me understand how this may the issue if no money is ever collected. Wouldn’t they have to pay something first before the are demoted? The user is set up as a Free Subscriber. In the user profile under “s2Member Configuration & Profile Fields” the only filed complete is the IP and in Administrative Notes it says

Demoted by s2Member: Mon Jul 8, 2013 11:32 pm UTC
Paid Subscr. ID @ time of demotion: paypal -› I-6WYJX4K8F5XL

Will setting the RRA attribute to 0 be the fix or is there a better solution?

thanks again

thanks i will try the other test, but how do I check if the database or object caching is enabled?

Yes that is correct.

SAVE-50|50% is in the box at Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Pro Coupon Codes -› Coupon Code Configuration File

with ‘SAVE-50’ being entered as the coupon and it just stopped working inexplicably after working correctly for a good week or so (15 sales).

I ran the 2Member® Server Scanner and everything was find (except a temp folder but i assume this has nothing to do with the coupons)

Any ideas?

Hi Eduan,
thanks for the reply

Although that is the best solution, unfortunately the total of the 12 weeks upfront is quite a large payment and the client is worried that no one will sign up if its not offered as weekly payments

Do you know any other way around my problem?

Anyone able to reply to this?
I’ve since found out that Google Checkout has the same policy as PayPal where the consumer can cancel at any time so this is not an option, and Authorize.Net doesn’t cater for Australian banks so this is also not an options

Can anyone help? I see that I have the option of Authorize.Net® and Google® Checkout – has anyone had any experience with these to know if I can lock them into a payment period before they can cancel?

Please help!
