I am using direct links to all my files inside “s2member-files” folder. I have 1 .pdf file that is dirrectly link and I can download that file with no problem when I am signed out but…
…when I direct link to my .zip or .avi files, I get this screen “404: Sorry, file not found. Please contact Support for assistance.”
Below are 2 files that are both in my “access-s2member-level4” folder. Click the link and please tell me what I am doing wrong.
You can download my PDF file but not my ZIP???
If anyone knows what is wrong, please help!
