503: Service Temporarily Unavilable

I have X amount of pages restricted. I created a link that allows access to these pages. When users pay money, they get this access link. However, I found out I get this message when multiple people are using this same link: 503: Service Temporarily Unavailable Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area! Please contact Support if you need assistance. This is a big problem because many purchasers will use this same link to access the restricted pages. Is there any way around this?? Thank you. – John

Hello John, This error is controlled by the options under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Restriction Options -› Unique IP Access Restrictions. Hope this helps. :)
