7 members won't import custom field data

Hi all, I’ve just bulk imported 200 members to a site, I don’t get any errors when using the importer, however 7 of them won’t update the information for custom fields I’ve created. I have just those 7 in a spreadsheet and upon trying to import them again it has now inserted an “a” in to all the custom fields for those users… I can’t see any common issues between them, some have unusual foreign characters but one of them is complete plain english and other entries with unusual characters have imported fine! Hi Bruce, I entered them manually in the end as there were only 5. Now I’ve done that the import/export seems to be behaving. I’ll reopen this thread if it happens again. Cheers, Zoe
