Hi there, I used restrictions of too many failed login attempt, which has been working fine

Today, I see a new message on the login screen, “too many failed logins”

What is happening here? I am using the admin login, s2member pro version

I thought admin was exempt from the restrictions

But in this case the restriction is protecting the admin area from a possible attack from someone trying to gain access to your admin account. After the default period (30 minutes) the restriction will be lifted and you’ll be able to login again. :)
