I need to allow some clients to register several users from their office (same IP), but I don’t see any options to turn off banning users who register from the same IP. Any ideas?

Check the following in your admin area:
s2Member Settings > Restriction Options > Unique IP Access Restrictions > Allow infinite IPs (all IP Restrictions are disabled)

The plugin describes that as allowing a single user to log in from multiple locations, as opposed to allowing multiple users to register from a single IP.
