Amazon S3 file download url problem

I have integrated the Amazon S3 files to S2 member and now I am trying to create a url example: http:/www.website.com/?s2member_files=acoustic_guitar.jpg i am not sure if that is correct but my bucket name for s2member is: s2member_files I have tried many times but still it won’t work, it just leads me right back to the website, or show a 404 page not found or access denied. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
