Amazon S3 will not Download .wmv files

I am delivering additional video content via ccaps Each additional video has three options for download – .mp4, .webm and .wmv (these are not delivered in the browser only downloaded) The file names are identical except the extension The .mp4 and .webm ‘Save As’ fine but the .wmv just gives this page in the browser `This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it.
