We got a report from a potential member who attempted to use an AMEX card and received a “processing type” error (that’s all I have for data). We’re using PayPal Pro Forms, and I checked the settings inside PayPal and American Express was/is enabled. I’m running Version 130221 + s2Member® Pro v130221 with WP 3.5.1 Without an AMEX card to test, I’m wondering how I can verify that this is in fact working or not. Any ideas? I did not have logging enabled … should I enable that full time? |
