In my community we change a user’s Role to Banned when needed – to block them from accessing ANY areas of the site that are not completely public (all profiles and groups / activity streams are private)
We also have a growing list of banned IPs.
But is there any way to maintain this list in conjunction with S2 so that visitors who are on our banned IP list cannot complete a purchase?
We are a non refundable membership fee – and end up in quite a bind when a banned user repeatedly pays – despite not getting access.
Any help in limiting thie behavior would be appreciated!
