Our plans include a certain number of “credits” included for a specific service per month. As an example the user can choose the gold plan which has 20 credits for Service X/month. (You can think of this in the similar way to a cell phone plan that might include 200 text messages/month with a given plan.) I know that S2 supports one time payment so if a user wanted to buy additional credits we could setup a form for this and do that. My question is: Does S2 support the user being able to be “auto-billed” or “auto-reloaded” for additional credits? So if they use up their 20 credits part way through the month, can we have a way to automatically charge them for 20 more credits? Or at the end of the month look at how many credits over their allotment they have used and automatically charge for this excess. The idea is that we don’t want the user to have to come back to the site to enter their CC info and buy more credits. |
