I’ve been using s2member in my wordpres members website for about a year now, and i never had any issues. Suddenly yesterday my dedicated server was restarted for some memory outage, everything went back to normal, but now my customers when they complete their payment on paypal they are not redirected back to register to that can create an account that will allow them to access the members page.
By the way i was using the free version all along and i just bough the pro version and i update it.

This is very urgent I really appreciate your prompt respond, and yes the Logging Routines are enabled.

Can you post the logs then minus sensitive info.

What happens after payment are they redirected anywhere?

How many times has this occurred according to your logs?
Is it happening to all transactions?
I think this can happen when a customer press’s the back button on their browser but this would not be the problem if its happening to multiple customers

Have you recently installed any new plugins that might be caching object data in WordPress?

Jaime, if you do a test transaction for 1 cent, do you have the same problem? Make sure to not be logged in when you load the page with the button.
