AWS s3/CloudFront Integration Error

When I am going to integrate s2Member with Amazon Web Service I got an error like :: “Unable to create Amazon® CloudFront Downloads Distro. Unable to create Amazon® CloudFront Downloads Distro. Bad Request” Error Code :: 400 Please any one can tell me the solutions of the problem. I think all the Credential and keys are right.
