Backing up s2member info

I just backed up my wordpress site, both the Database and all the files. Will this also backup peoples account information and all the info related to the s2member plugin, so that if i have to wipe everything and reinstall, people won’t have to re-signup. Does anyone know if i have to do this through my s2memeber plugin. or is this info included in the typical backups that i mentioned above? Sorry if this is confusing.

Hello Jewels, As long as you have deactivation safeguards active, you should have backed up everything, if you didn’t have them active, then no, you would have to backup again. You can find deactivation safeguards under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Deactivation Safeguards. Recently Bruce made a post about moving/exporting/importing websites, but I couldn’t find it, but it’s there somewhere. – Eduan
