Ban email providers at registration.

I see there is a function to disable ‘name’@place.com when ‘name’ could be ‘admin’, ‘user’, ‘root’ etc etc.

Is there an easy way to ban email providers? I’ve noticed I’m getting a few users registering with throw away accounts (@mailinator.com, @10minutemail.com and so on) and I’d like to stop that.

I’m afraid it’s not possible to do this without a little bit of coding.

You’ll have to custom code this. You’ll have to do some JavaScript code that checks the email aren’t any of these. It would be good to also add the PHP check for that. :)

Just for information, I found a plugin that blocks the common disposable domains, its called “Stop Spammer Registrations” by Keith Graham ( http://www.blogseye.com/i-make-plugins/stop-spammer-registrations-plugin/ ).
