Hi Jason,

I a new s2 Member. I just downloaded the plugin a few days ago. I was watching the download option video and in the section of basic download I wanted to test the download file just like you did in the video. However, this is what I got instead of the file.

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

The specified key does not exist.example-file.zip6DD5C9172A48DAAALJj5vGFNdCOSZc3EYagGLf38KLvIFGsw6G2GtLiz+lgaAG4T8EcfecrlnfKtcbTF

What did I do wrong… which ever file I use in the s2member-files folder, I get the same thing.
I did do something yesterday, I reinstalled the plugin, but from what I could see nothing changed. So for me I thought it should be all the same as far as the Security encryption key.

Help what should I fix..

I’ve become really disappointed with this plugin, instead of making my life easier it’s made it more difficult. I was going to buy this, but I’m not so sure now. Too many problems. And on top of it I’m not getting any help from the support team. It’s been more then two day. If I don’t here from someone soon. Then what’s the point.
