Big space above my PayPal button

I have placed the payPal button on my membership sign up page but there is a huge space that I can’t seem to get rid of. Please help. Thank you. Much appreciated. Also why is there no members sign in page on my website? It just seems to go to my membership payment page instead of a sign in page. Please guide me how to create a members sign in page. Thank you. My website domain is http://www.sacredvalleyhouserentals.com.
