Do you mean the page where you use the pro-form shortcode in? Sure, you can add any content before or after the shortcode as in any any other WP page/post.

ps – how do I add a picture to my profile?

You mean your profile on this site? Oh, it’s using the Gravatar service. You’d need to create an account there with the same email addresss you use here, and add your picture. http://gravatar.com
