In Buddypress, how do I change …/members-directory/xyzmember/

to

…/members-directory/members/xyzmember

so that I can restrict /members-directory/members/ without restricting /members-directory/

That’s it. If s2Member supported URI wildcards I would not need to do this. I’m dying for some insight.
