I’m sure this is a pretty stupid question, but I cannot find the answer.

After buying pro, I added extra levels by adding the required line to the wp-config file. For the time being, I only want paypal button integrations for levels 5-x (not pro form integrations) and I can’t for the life of me figure out how to generate the shortcode to display the buttons for the additional levels, i.e., levels 5-x.

Can someone please help me. I’ve searched for about 2 hours, but it just isn’t obvious to me.

figure out how to generate the shortcode to display the buttons for the additional levels, i.e., levels 5-x.

You’d just change the level attribute of the Shortcode to match the level that you want to have your User check out for.
