Hi,
I am trying to build a knowledgebase/pay for support site. I am using a woo theme called suport press. I am trying to create 3 membership levels. None of them will have the ability to open up support tickets without paying an additional fee for the support ticket. I want the ticket to stay attached to the current members account. Will either of these types of charges work? I protect the ticket page with a page restriction. Then I create a buy now button. Will this button apply the access to the current user or is there a way to make the button do this? Second option is to utilize the 4th level of membership for tickets. Then create a buy it now pro form witha time limit for access to level 4. Will the monhtly subscription still stay in effect for this account and will the new level for with a time limit be applied to the same user. If neither of these options will work can you make some suggestions?
Thanks!

Thank-you for your inquiry.

For this, I would recommend using Specific Post/Page Access Buttons for providing access to your ticket submission form. You will need to use custom code to link these tickets to your user’s account. You may want to use the update_user_option() function for linking this info.

See: WordPress -> update_user_option()

After this is set up, you can use the info that you’ve created with the user_option functions to display these tickets on your Login Welcome Page. s2Member’s standard Membership Levels functionality should not be changed by this, so you can still restrict access to your site’s content with Membership Level # Buttons.

Thanks Bruce! After looking into the ticket post template through woo themes I realized that the ticket probably already has these types of function built into it. So far it seems to be working on its own just by doing a page restriction and pay button accordingly. Since the woo thems core requires you be logged in to access the ticket area it works well.
Thanks again!
