I would like to set up a $1 trial for 10 days then a one time non-recurring charge of $36. How can I accomplish this?

This is my second post for this topic and so far I have had one answer even though I have seen others post and have their questions answered. I am no impressed by what you call customer service. I have a project I need to complete and a business to run. I paid the s2member pro price thinking that along with the additional features I would also get GOOD customer service. I have not seen this yet. Will someone please answer my question or refund my money?

Thank you for your inquiry.

We get to posts in the order that they come in, and as our Support Policy states, we get back to you within 24-48 hours. I took a look your other post, and it was within this time period.

That being said, yes. You can set a trial for all subscriptions when you create the Button/Pro Form.

You still did NOT answer the question I asked. I already know you can do the $1 trial with a monthly membership but I need a ONE TIME FEE after the 7 days. Can that be done?

Yes, you can do that with a non-recurring subscription. Change the shortcode’s [hilite mono]rr[/hilite] attribute to [hilite mono]0[/hilite]. See: [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons -› Shortcode Attributes -> rr[/hilite]

[hilite mono]rr="1"[/hilite] Recurring directive. Only valid w/ Membership Level Access and/or Independent Custom Capabilities. Possible values: [hilite mono]0[/hilite] = non-recurring “Subscription” with possible Trial Period for free, or at a different Trial Amount; [hilite mono]1[/hilite] = recurring “Subscription” with possible Trial Period for free, or at a different Trial Amount; [hilite mono]BN[/hilite] = non-recurring “Buy Now” functionality, no Trial Period possible.
