Hello.
Actually, we have the single site license of S2Member on our website. the person before me installed the plugin, but I don’t have access to the username and password that was used before. So I had to create a new account and can only post my questions on the “Pre-Sale” thread.

Here is the problem: we are selling a video class. We want our Level 2 customers to pay on our WordPress site and then they will take the class on the other website – Kajabi.com. I am trying to set it all up in the way so that during the registration new Level 2 customer’s email address will be pushed to Kajabi automatically, so I don’t have to check back every day and manually add email addresses to Kajabi.

I asked Kajabi support what has to be done to set it all up and they said that I need to “use the custom cart and create a code in wordpress to send the data to Kajabi via an HTTP Post” They also provided a link with instructions how to set up the custom Shopping Cart and how to find the URL where the HTTP POST needs to be sent. This is the link they sent me: http://support.kajabi.com/entries/20674893-shopping-cart-how-do-i-setup-the-custom-shopping-cart-option

So here is my question: Is something like that already built in into the S2Member and if so where do I need to go to send only Level 2 members info to Kajabi? And if this feature is not available, how the data can be pulled from S2Member directly to Kajabi?

Technically, I would like the new subscriber to get only one Thank You email with link to Kajabi and their log in information in it.

Does it make sense??? Is this possible?…

Thank you very much!

Irina.

Hi Irina.

I asked Kajabi support what has to be done to set it all up and they said that I need to “use the custom cart and create a code in wordpress to send the data to Kajabi via an HTTP Post”

You could try the Notifications API. Video » s2Member (API Tracking/Notifications)

It sends the data via GET, not POST, so you’d need to have a script that receives the GET data and then forwards it via POST to Kajabi, I guess.

I hope that helps. :)

Was this person your developer? If so, did he purchase the license to your name or his?

You should get the login access to the paid account, because you also need it to update the plugin when new releases are available.

Hi. Thank you so much for your response.
I guess we’ll be looking for more experienced web developer… :)
In regard to the license we don’t know how the license was registered. We can’t contact the person who originally installed it. What do I need to do to get access to support forums and updates?
The website where the S2Member is installed is http://www.shortsalecampus.com. Could you track it on your end by any chance?
Thank you very much for your help!
Irina.

Only your name comes up when I search the users for that domain name. :/

To have access to updates of the s2Member Pro add-on, you’ll need to upgrade your account purchasing a license. This is what the developer should have made you do originally, actually. http://www.s2member.com/prices/#s2-terms-license-types

Please note… if you’re a developer, your clients will need to purchase their own Single-Site and/or Unlimited-Site License. We will not support s2Member® Product instances on domains that you do NOT own and operate yourself.

Let me know if you have any other questions, I’ll be glad to help where I can.

Thank you for checking on that for us! We’ll be purchasing the license soon. I saw that the update is available…
I appreciate your help!
