My organization has dozens of sub-chapters around the country. They each have their own group of members (who legally are members of our parent organization). We are looking for a solution so that the leaders of the individual chapters can view their chapter’s members, and national can view all members/leaders. Can S2member accommodate this?

You will need to heavily customize s2Member in order to achieve this. :/
