can not create some sales button

Hi, i have big problem with the software, i can not create some sales button, only i can use the preformat button what is inside, but self this one is not working evan i chance from $ to € and say create the button, nothing is chanceing, i am goes soon sad, because i can not start my produkt, i hope i will become soon some help for this, it is like the same that i Can’t generate security encryption key!
