Can S2member be used for…

Hi, Can S2member be used to simply password protect a page and pdfs. User registration wouldn’t be done via reg formas no payment is required but I need to protect a page and it’s content (pdfs). All users would be added manually. If this is possible – can someone explain the steps? Thanks.

Also how do I disable the reg form? Is it possible to hide it completely?
