can you unprotect 1 page while using all

if i protect all pages, can yo uunprotect 1 page

for example
all, -pageid?

You can probably create a hack that’d do this, that’d check if it’s that particular page and in that case, not apply the restriction. I don’t have the code for it, you’d have to code it or have it done for you, but it’s possible.
