Hi,

If a user wants a refund, how can i cancel his access?
Is just refunding on paypal enough?

Hello Sofia,

Yes that is correct, you would refund through PayPal and s2Member would be notified. Read the documentation under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Quick Start Guide -› Cancellations / Expirations / Terminations, I’m sure it will help. ;)
