I clicked on the edit of the emails, “New User Email Configuration” here: General Options -> Email Configuration

It says this: “Conflict warning: You have another theme or plugin installed that is preventing s2Member from controlling this aspect of your installation. When the pluggable function wp_new_user_notification() is handled by another plugin, it’s not possible for s2Member to allow customization of New User Emails. This is NOT a major issue. In fact, in some cases, it might be desirable. That being said, if you DO want to use s2Member’s customization of New User Emails, you will need to deactivate one plugin at a time until this conflict warning goes away.”

However, I did a search on every file in the plugins directory, containing ‘wp_new_user_notification’ and these are the files that it returned that have that in the file:

s2member/includes/menu-pages/gen-ops.inc.php
s2member/includes/functions/pluggables.inc.php
s2member/includes/classes/registrations.inc.php
s2member-pro/includes/classes/gateways/authnet/authnet-checkout-in.inc.php
s2member-pro/includes/classes/gateways/authnet/authnet-registration-in.inc.php
s2member-pro/includes/classes/gateways/paypal/paypal-checkout-pf-in.inc.php
s2member-pro/includes/classes/gateways/paypal/paypal-registration-in.inc.php
s2member-pro/includes/classes/gateways/paypal/paypal-checkout-rdp-in.inc.php
s2member-pro/includes/classes/gateways/paypal/paypal-checkout-in.inc.php
s2member-pro/includes/classes/remote-ops-in.inc.php

I took it a step further, I backed down to the www directory, so it would scan every file in every directory, here is the list it returned:

wp-admin/includes/user.php
wp-admin/network/user-new.php
wp-admin/network/site-new.php
wp-admin/network/site-users.php
wp-content/plugins/s2member/includes/menu-pages/gen-ops.inc.php
wp-content/plugins/s2member/includes/functions/pluggables.inc.php
wp-content/plugins/s2member/includes/classes/registrations.inc.php
wp-content/plugins/s2member-pro/includes/classes/gateways/authnet/authnet-checkout-in.inc.php
wp-content/plugins/s2member-pro/includes/classes/gateways/authnet/authnet-registration-in.inc.php
wp-content/plugins/s2member-pro/includes/classes/gateways/paypal/paypal-checkout-pf-in.inc.php
wp-content/plugins/s2member-pro/includes/classes/gateways/paypal/paypal-registration-in.inc.php
wp-content/plugins/s2member-pro/includes/classes/gateways/paypal/paypal-checkout-rdp-in.inc.php
wp-content/plugins/s2member-pro/includes/classes/gateways/paypal/paypal-checkout-in.inc.php
wp-content/plugins/s2member-pro/includes/classes/remote-ops-in.inc.php
wp-includes/pluggable.php
wp-login.php

There is no other plugin making use of that.
So is this an internal conflict? I disabled every plugin that had anything to do with or may have had anything to do with sending emails or registration. That message never went away.

If those plugins do not use that function that it says is being used, in the code, why did it throw the conflict error?

Thank you for any help.
