I am able to login on here but when I try to upgrade s2Pro it is not accepting my username and password

That’s odd. I suggest you update via FTP then. See: s2Member® » Pro » Install/Upgrade Instructions

Thanks I upgraded manually and it worked, however since doing so the links to protected files are not working. FOr example see HERE
