We have a multi-site license and our password nor our email is working. unable to open support ticket since we can not log into the account.

this is a networking group
I upgraded on 1/2/12 from single to multiple license but now see that it should have been a separate license for another networking group. we have 2 group we are helping to set up their membership.
Is there a way to convert from multi license to 2 separate licenses
