Cant access my s2member pro info

Hi

Im an s2member pro user but forgot my password. No matter how many times I ask for a password reset, im not being sent one. I also never received a receipt for the purchase of pro. As such, ive had to sign up with a fresh forum account to post here. Ive never received a single email from s2member, which is a bit worrying

I would rather not post my pro account email in a public forum, so if somebody could please contact me on the email used to sign up for this free forum account, I would appreciate it. Its very pressing as i’ve just updated s2member and all the pro components have been disabled till I log-in.

My pro registered name is: Michael Michael
