can't access wp-admin instantly

Hi,
I have the pro version of s2member. Overall its a very good plugin.

However, Recently I noticed that I can’t access wp-admin instantly just after logging in. It show me an error that :

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

But I can access the wp-admin after about 1 hour. Its totally confusing. Please help me to solve this as I need to deliver this project asap.

Note : I am logging in with administrator user/password.
