Hi,

Good Day, I’m new here and I’m trying to get s2member to work in our website.

My problem now is that I can’t seem to add new custom fields on the registration form. If I click the create registration field at first nothing happens, but if I click it again it says ‘Unique ID already exists’. I tried to exit and see if it has already been made but unfortunately it wasn’t.

Did I miss anything?

Thank you in advance..:)

Hello Kurt,

Have you tried making a plugin compatibility test? Basically, you just disable every plugin except s2Member, and then try activating them one by one, until the problem appears again, when it appears again the culprit has been found. ;)

Please tell me how it goes, and hope this helps. :)
