Can't generate security encryption key!

Hello, i have a big problem to generate the security key, i have try all parts, i have only activate the s2member plugin no other, i use the optimize press theme, i have test it also with tweny ten theme, but nothing is working, my hoster is hostmonster, i have try it also on some other installation and there is the same problem i use the Version 120309 (s2Member® Framework) what i have download from the plugin site from wordpress, it will be nice when some one can help me best regards Olaf
