Can you confirm there’s not another s2member-pro folder under /wp-content/plugins/s2member-pro. Sometimes they get nested in the unzipping process. :) Also do you have the free version installed as well? Remember the pro version is an upgrade, it requires the free version to be installed first. :) – Eduan |

Yes I have s2member framework. I deleted and re-added to make sure it is the latest. My wordpress software is up to date. Under the /wp-content/plugins/s2member-pro there are 3 folders. Images, includes, and licensing |

Hmm… Then I’m not sure what the problem could be… Could you try uninstalling s2Member, and then installing it again? Free version included of course. Make sure to have deactivation safeguards installed (under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Deactivation Safeguards). – Eduan |

yes I tried that option on day one. That did not work. I loaded the framework from wordpress plugins section and then I tried downloading via filezilla on the wordpress. For some reason my framework won’t update to pro. I clicked on s2members in the plugin in section and hit update to see if that would change it into pro. |

Your server scanner had a warning about your s2member-pro directory not passing the checksum test, and recommending that you reupload it. So I did it for you and it shows up in your WP Admin now. |

Cristián. You fixed my S2mebers pro 5 days day. Now S2Members won’t automatically update new members on to my site after they sign up using CCbills. Ccbills Reps login into my site and they said all the settings are fine and for me to contact you to see what the issue might be. |

When you say “now”, you mean it was working the first days? Or do you mean that they pay and then it doesn’t show in their account? Are these existing accounts upgrading? If so, they have to be logged in to the account when loading the page with the ccBill button created with s2Member’s shortcode for it. If new signups, do they accept cookies from your site, or are they using the signup link they get in the Signup Confirmation email? [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› ccBill® Options -› Signup Confirmation Email[/hilite] Have you done test purchases yourself to see that this works before selling to your customers? You can do 1 cent purchases for your tests, if ccBill allows it. Also, please keep logging enabled during the testing phase, so we get more information.
