can't upload s2 pro plugin.

Hi, 2 questions/problems 1. Just purchased s2 Pro. Followed the installation instructions. Word press says that there is no plugin to install. Can’t install. Any ideas. 2 .Free version installed fine but I don’t have any of the drop down boxs that I should have on the configuration pages. There is simply nothing on the RHS of the screen.I see the Save button but that is it. Tried different browsers no different. Help please. david

You can’t install the pro version like any other plugin. You have to do it manually through FTP. Check this link for instructions: s2Member® » Pro » Install/Upgrade Instructions 2 .Free version installed fine but I don’t have any of the drop down boxs that I should have on the configuration pages. This means that s2Member probably has a compatibility issue with one of your plugins or your theme.
