I’m having an issue where the Card Issue Date is showing up on my forms. As I’m not accepting Maestro or Solo cards from UK users, that field is causing problems with members registering for the site. I’ve tried using the s2member_force_ssl custom field (instead of my HTTPS plugin), I’ve checked to make sure the s2member javascript is being loaded. Now, I’m at a loss. I need to get this taken care of ASAP.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Richard,

Could you post a link to the page in which you’re having this problem?

Hi Richard.

That would indicate a problem with the pro-form’s JS.

It could be the theme, another plugin causing trouble with it. Knowledge Base » Common Troubleshooting Tips

Or it could be the fact that you have several pro-forms in the same page, which is known to cause problems, so you should have just one pro-form per page. Test a single pro-form in a page to see if you have the problem with those fields then.

What you can do is have links to the pro-forms instead of the pro-forms themselves, like we do in our Prices page. http://www.s2member.com/prices/

I hope that helps.

Christían,

I tried one form on the page, and that seems to work just fine. I’ll have to update things appropriately to work that way, but it seems to me like something that the development team at S2Member should address. I would prefer to leave the page set up as-is. It seems to me that an update to the javascript to recognize multiple instances of a form on the page, and perhaps add an incremented number to the form ID, or something like that might be useful.

Anyhow, thanks for your input. I’ll figure out the best way to do this without having to create a dozen new pages.

Cheers,
-Richard

Thanks for the heads up on this thread :-)

Yes, we’re aware this is an unfortunate limitation.
We’re working to make this possible in a future release. Thanks for the feedback!
