CCBill and s2member pro integration

Hi

1. I’ve set up all the info correctly in the ccbill panels in s2member pro
and I keep getting a Invalid request (6). error message on blank white page when the s2generated button is clicked to test transaction flow.

All settings are 100% correct.
Buttons were generated for the one cc form.
And I get the error message.

2. in Dashboard -› s2Member® -› ccBill® Buttons -› Membership Level # Buttons, the text box to enter the form numbers, with CCBill we can have 3 forms, for example 147cc,147ck,147dp

Now, how do we enter these 3 forms into that form text box? or can we even enter more than 1 form at a time?

I want the user to be able to select from 3 possible forms of payment, credit cards, check, and direct pay.
What format are the three forms entered into the form field box? if at all possible?
