Good afternoon, My WordPress site that I’m developing is for an association of psychologists. I’ve created a member sign-up form through s2Member in order to accept payments for membership. The registration form includes many custom registration fields. Some fields have multiple checkboxes so that the member can be listed in an appropriate directory based on interest. About 90 members have been registered, and I noticed a spelling mistake on two of the options located within a field. I went in and made the correction, only to find that any member who had originally checked that corresponding box is no longer checked! In other words – let’s say a member checked a box for “Chldren” despite the spelling mistake. I then go back to the General Options>Custom Registration/Profile Fields and correct the spelling to “Children” – after having made this change and checking the user list I find that all members who had checked “Chldren” no longer have the corrected option checked and this is a problem. Is there a setting I’m missing somewhere that I should investigate? Thank you, |
