we have a PRO account and have some members currently as just “subscribers” that were part of an early free campaign we did. we are now running a promotion to upgrade them and offering a free 30 day trial. when they sign up (while logged in) instead of giving them 30 days, it’s charging their card right away.

How do we fix this?
