Click bank issue

When i setup the normal click bank payment link it worked ok, but i have now set it up as a S2memeber click bank button and the link goes to an error page on click bank. can you help please?

I worked it out. Nowhere did it say on Clickbank or S2member that the item has to be just a number! I saw something in the short code that made me think it could be that. So it works now.
