Does this mean i have to do NOTHING? that i can just disregard the whole issue and delete clickbanks warning or do i have to take some form of action? (ie: update s2 my plug-in to a newer version?)

He confirmed that you don’t need to do anything, just have running the latest release of s2Member. :)
