ClickBank missing, shortcodes not working

Hi guys, After upgrading to the latest version, ClickBank configuration seems to have disappeared from the s2member dashboard — there are no settings or options.. it’s just.. gone. Also, the clickbank shortcodes we were using no longer work. Here is an example: `[s2Member-Pro-ClickBank-Button cbp="1" level="1" ccaps="-all" desc="blah blah blah" custom="example.com" tp="0" tt="D" rp="1" rt="L" rr="0" image="http://example.com/images/clickbank-button_small.gif" output="anchor" /]` This shortcode was working great for months, but now just appears as text on the sales page, so it’s not working. What happened? Thanks, – Jeff
