I have read several post and i have no luck in solving my problem.

I followed all the instructions on how to setup clickbank but it seems it still doesn’t work. When i do a test purchase, when i click on the pay now i got this error “ERROR: Unable to verify $_SERVER[“HTTP_HOST”].”

I got the clickbank notification but i didn’t get any email from s2member.

Here’s the log of the latest test i did.

Hi Jesse.

Yeah, there’s something wrong with the integration. The s2vars are missing in the log entry. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› ClickBank® Buttons -› s2 Vars (Explained)[/hilite]

Are you using the s2Member shortcode for the ClickBank button? [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› ClickBank® Buttons[/hilite]

Also, could you try the server check tool mentioned in this article? Knowledge Base » Common Troubleshooting Tips » Server

If those don’t help, you can submit your site’s info using the contact form. Please include the ClickBank info as well so I can review the settings over there. Let me know when you sent the email. Thanks! s2Member® » Private Contact Form

Hi Cristian,

Thanks for the response but i still can’t figure out the error.

I didn’t use s2Member shortcode for the ClickBank button. I just directly add this html to the page

<p style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://sdfm-vp.1aricaa.pay.clickbank.net/"><img class="wp-image-332 aligncenter" alt="Sexy_Dating_for_Men_2" src="http://sexydatingformen.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/Sexy_Dating_for_Men_2.jpg" width="257" height="387" /></a></p>

I try to create a button from here s2Member® / ClickBank® Buttons / ClickBank Capability (Buy Now) Buttons, generate the code then added to the page and here’s what i got from the generated code

[s2Member-Pro-ClickBank-Button cbp="1" level="*" ccaps="video" desc="Sexy Dating for Men" custom="sexydatingformen.com" rp="1" rt="L" rr="0" image="default" output="anchor" /]

When i try to test a purchase i got this message.

This product is inactive and/or no longer for sale. This product has been disabled for one or more of the ff. reasons:

> Limited quantities
> Limited Offer period
> Terms of service violation

The product is not yet approved by clickbank and according to them they don’t get any email that is having the username and password when they try to do a test purchase.

Ah, that won’t work with s2Member, you have to use the shortcode.

This product is inactive and/or no longer for sale. This product has been disabled for one or more of the ff. reasons:

I’ve tested with products not approved yet in the past, if I remember correctly, and it wasn’t a problem… Did you use ClickBank’s test card for your test purchase?

Also, did you complete the integration between s2Member and ClickBank? [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› ClickBank® Options[/hilite]

I tried adding a button which is generated from s2member and i got this message when clicking the button to purchase “This product is inactive and/or no longer for sale.”.

Yes, i use test card in clickbank when doing the purchase.

As i remember and i double check everything and seems all are fine and setup. If you want i can send you my login details to wordpress and clickbank account.

Hello,
I read all the forum that has something to click bank integration and s2member and i still can’t find a solution for my probkem.

1. my users are already loged in when the are making any purchase in my website.
2. In the thank you page in click bank i would like to have my own custom thank you page so i follow your instructions and made the following:
http://thebinarysignals.com/?s2member_pro_clickbank_return=1&s2member_pro_clickbank_return_success=http://thebinarysignals.com/thank-you-purchase

I already integrate click bank with the s2member and my problem is;
when i am choosing s2member->General Options->URL Shortening Service API (Preference) ->tiny url
everything is working ok, level is change according to what i configures, but the redirection to my thank you page doesn’t work and i am getting the defual thank you page of s2member.

when i am selecting s2member->General Options->URL Shortening Service API (Preference) ->goo.gl goole api
the rediraction is working fine, but the s2member is not changing the levels of the user after the purchase.

Please help,
I am out of ideas about what to do.
Thank you

I’d need to see your logs and the integration. Could you submit the site’s info? Please include ClickBank’s so I can review the integration there and use the test card for a test purchase. Ah, and the page where the CB button you’re using is. Please let me know when you sent it. s2Member® » Private Contact Form

By the way, the thank-you page URL in the [hilite mono]s2member_pro_clickbank_return_success[/hilite] variable, should be encoded. http://meyerweb.com/eric/tools/dencoder/

Ah, and I see you just write thebinarysignals.com, but your site is using the www subdomain. You need to be consistend with this. Please read this: Knowledge Base » Don't Mix www, — and Without!

Hello Cristián,
Thank you for your reply.

I sent you the login details for wordpress and clickbank.

Please be aware that product 1 and 2 are already approved in our clickbank system, therefor you wouldn’t be able to change the URL.

Please make the tests on product 3 in clickbank – clickbank button integrate to this product on thie page:
http://www.thebinarysignals.com/signals-plan3

i have tried to change the URL but again, it didn’t worked for me.
Again, when i am using the tinyurl, it make the level changes but logout the user, and when i use the goog url api it make the rediraction but don’t change the users level.

If you need any further details from me, please let me know,
Thank you,
Thebinarysignals.com

Got the info, thanks.

I see in your ClickBank settings that for the IPN URL you entered the one with the [hilite mono]s2member_pro_clickbank_return[/hilite] variable instead of the [hilite mono]s2member_pro_clickbank_notify[/hilite] one. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› ClickBank® Options -› IPN Integration[/hilite]

Do a new test purchase after fixing that, see if that takes care of your problem.

Also I see a POST vars error in several log entries, so I wanted to use the server check tool, but didn’t have your FTP to do it. Please run that test as well, just to make sure. Knowledge Base » s2Member® Server Scanner

Hello Cristián,
Thank you for your support
Seems like it is working now, but not 100%.
i am not sure why but it is not making the rediraction every time i am making a test.
i have tried to make several test on diffrents browsers and diffrent computers, and i coudn’t point on a specific reason why it is not worrking and when.
i had an idea maybe if someone has a coockies then it makes the problem, but again, sometimes it worked and sometimes not.

Beside that i made the server scan and seems like we have several issues over there:

[ERROR] Multibyte String Extension
Missing PHP extension. s2Member® needs the mbstring extension for PHP. This will add multibyte support to your installation of PHP, allowing UTF-8 character conversion. Please consult with your web hosting company about this message.

[ERROR] Mcrypt/Encryption Extension
Missing Mcrypt extension. s2Member® needs the Mcrypt extension for PHP. This will add encryption support to your installation of PHP, with a variety of block algorithms; such as DES, TripleDES, and Blowfish. Please consult with your web hosting company about this message.

[ERROR] GD Image Extension
Missing GD Image extension. s2Member® needs the GD Image extension for PHP. This will add image creation support to your installation of PHP, so that images can be generated dynamically. Please consult with your web hosting company about this message.

[WARNING] Plugin Directory Checksum (s2member-pro)
Although NOT required, s2Member® recommends that you reinstall the following plugin directory: /home/binarysg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/s2member-pro. The checksum for this plugin directory (762127af21e974c8ecea993bdc319f4c), does NOT match up with the official release of this plugin (f2c3df417339bbc0a020da93e29e35af). An invalid checksum can be caused by an incomplete set of files. Or, by files that should NOT appear in this directory. Or, by corrupted files in this directory. Reinstalling the official release of this plugin should correct this issue.

If all else fails, please check your method of upload. We recommend FTP via FileZilla™. Also, please be sure the following file extensions are uploaded in ASCII mode (php, html, xml, txt, css, js, ini, pot, po, sql, svg). All other files should be uploaded in BINARY mode. Some FTP applications (like FileZilla™), can be configured to automatically recognize file extensions that should be uploaded in ASCII mode, while all others will be uploaded in BINARY mode by default. With this type of configuration, use upload mode AUTO.

[NOTICE] WordPress® Memory Limit
Although NOT required, s2Member® recommends that you raise your WordPress® memory limit (please set: WP_MEMORY_LIMIT in /wp-config.php), to at least 64M (i.e. 64 megabytes). Please see: this how-to article. Or consult with your web hosting company about this message. Your current memory limit allows only: 40M

[NOTICE] WordPress® Home/Site URLs
Although NOT required, s2Member® recommends that your WordPress® installation be configured with a matching HOST name. This can be changed in the Dashboard, under: WordPress -> Settings -> General -> WordPress/Site URLs. Your current configuration does NOT match: thebinarysignals.com

please advice for solution

please advice for solution

s2Member needs the errors that you see in your Server Scanner to be fixed. You should ask your hosting provider to help you with getting what you need here if you can’t yourself. If problems persist after you fix these issues, let us know.

Hello Bruce,
Thank you for replying.
We will contact our hosting provider and try to find solution for these issues.

What about regarding to the first problem with click bank thank you page that we have, it is still not working properly:

s2Member uses a PHP redirect here. If it’s failing it’s not going to be because of a specific browser, as that’s all server-side. We’ll need to see your logs after you remedy the errors from your server scanner.
